Who do i get a hold of to get my Donation # reset. I bought from a reseller and didn't get an order#. Have been down for two weeks.
The Donation came from IKS66. Thanks Dot
This is a good reason not to buy from a reseller you can't get a hold of for service. There isn't a way for anyone to help you without an order number. He might have changed your actual donation number.

I have same issue that I just posted on a thread I created. I have the donation id# and routes but when I go to website to set Mac address they are expired even though I have over 150+on subscription.

That doesn't change the answer I gave. You only have the reseller to go to.

I may be able to find the correct credentials that you need to perform that reset or set the MAC

I have found your order under that reseller account.
I saw that the MAC you want is currently already linked. I did perform a reset while I was there thou.
I also sent you another message with your Client ID and Route Donation number that you should be using to search your donation at the server website.
