Server Blocked Issue

Avov tv online is having the "this box is blocked" meassage. Read some other threads on the issue and tried changing the mac and then back to the original. Did the iptv reset and finally emailed papio and they responded earlier and said to try and connect again. Power cycled the box and still have the same issue with the boxed blocked.

I am using a vpn, not sure if that might be an issue but the internet works thru it on other devices. Something else I noticed in the server name it just says just says "server 1". Not sure if that needs to be something different or not. Haven't changed anything since the donation credentials were required.

Any ideas on what to try?

Bro, the only work around fix which worked for me was requesting a portal change of the URL that your currently using. Your cable companies/ISP (internet service providers) are now catching on and trying to block us from using the service. Ive tried almost everything including VPNs and by far this was the only thing that worked. So in short whoever u bought ur code from request a change.

Appreciate the suggestion but that didn't work either. Also tried without the vpn.

The only thing that worked was to write to the service provider (rock..) and a different URL was assigned. I had to reset IPTV at the dashboard also. Working good since.
