Stalker Client failed to load channels

I just renewed my donation two days ago and the transaction went through almost immediately as it has for the last three years, Thank you.
My Nfusion receiver is back up and running, however my M8S box will not load the TV channels when Kodi starts as it would usually.
I checked my donation and found that the MAC address came up all zeros so I updated the MAC address on the Rocket site to the same as it was previously.
Still no luck with channels loading in Kodi, same as before telling me Stalker Client failed to load channels.

Any Ideas as to why?

No, click on the iptv reset button on the website that shows you donation number, mac address...etc

I went to the Rocket site and reset the IPTV service as suggested. Still no luck, Authentication Failed - Unable to Load Channels.

Problem solved. Something must have happened to my existing MAC address when the renewal did not record it into the system. I entered a new MAC address in the IPTV Stalker and Stalker client info and then changed my MAC address on the rocket site and reset the IPTV. TV channels in Kodi are loading as usual again.
