Android and IPTV

I am looking for a box that has Kodi & XMBC with addons like Genesis & Phoenix pre installed. It should be both Android & iptv any such box out there?
I have the CS918 and looking to upgrade. I have IPTV installed but when I try TLC, History etc all I get is can't play this link, how do I get them?

But if you have kodi/stalker installed on it and some channels work while other not then it has nothing to do with your box but instead you need to blame the Add-on.

I bought an Android MXII from Ali and installed Kodi just fine and did the IPTV upgrade for TV from the following link, http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?1015-stalker-client-pvr-add-on
, on this very site for the Live TV. There is no problem with my setup. I even suspect the box is a cheap clone with a quad core processor but it is running Jelly Bean and performs as expected. Your issue is most likely poor internet connection or the addon that you are running. FREE is FREE and some addons either work poorly, not at all or can be counted on at least 95% of the time.
