remote won't power on mag254

I recently purchased a mag254. It worked fine for 3 weeks but noe the unit will not turn on. The cables are attached correctly, they have been unplugged for 10+
minutes then reattached correctly. The remote has new batteries and the red on off button does light up. I have tried the setup/power at the same time to reset,
but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

try this To reset:
Press SETUP and OK button at same time and hold for 2 seconds red LED will flash 5times. Reset is done.

update system and it can be the same you have before and then your remote work again
