I can not get my Mag 254 to login. I am using the the HTTP://66.iptv66.tv in the portal, I unplug the box when I do the IPTV Reset, I do a route check and am using the right route in my login and password.
When I enter the username and password it comes up with Authentication Problem before I even hit OK to login. When I hit OK it sticks on 20 % of the bar then gives me a Authentication Problem. I have done the research in the forums.
Any Ideas?

I am using the MAC address from the route checker 00:1A:79xxxxxx.

When I go into the inner portal and look at wireless network info it show that the link is up and the MAC address is 00:0F:60xxxxxx. Could this be an issue?
the mac is on the bottom of the mag 254 use that one to link to donation

I have been going to Route Checker and doing a reset and everything matches but when i put in my UN and PW I still get a authentication error.
IKS66 support will no longer help me they said to come here and let the moderators help, but I have not received any replies for moderators.
I am seeing a lot of this kind of error and have tried just about everything suggested to no avail. I thought I read somewhere in the past where this kind of thing started happening when the donation got down to 60 days, I am at 32 anything to that?
The under 60 days is for a renewal. In a pm send to me the MAC ADDRESS from the sticker on the bottom of the receiver and the donation number and the email address or order number.

I tried to renew my route as it is down to 25 days and got the message that I could not because my Mac address does not match. In route checker it matches what I have on the bottom of my bos and in the inner portal with the exception of lower case a's on my end and capitol A's on the server end.

OK Here is what I did. I had another MAG 254 so I pulled it out yesterday and set it up the same as I had the original one setup. I went in to route checker and changed it to the new MAC Address and reset IPTV and on the first reboot I put in my UN and PW and it just sat there at 20% but did not give me an Authentication Problem. So I rebooted the unit and on the second attempt put in UN and PW and it worked. On the first unit the MAC on the bottom had small letters and on the new one the MAC had capitol letters even though in the inner portal under device info it still had lower case letters. And I renewed my route from 27 days to 207 days. I wish I had a more definitive answer but that's it.

I had another mag 254 box that i pulled out and setup with the same setting as the box that I had. I went into the route checker and changed the MAC address to the new box which had on the bottom upper case letters instead of lower case which the other box had. I did a IPTV reset and rebooted the box put in my UN and PW and it stalled at 20%, so I rebooted and entered my UN and PW again and it worked. And I renewed my route from 27 days to 217 days. So I don`t have a definitive answer as to what the problem was but I am back up and running for now.

I'm having exactly the same issue. The problem is I only have the one Mag254 to try.

I fixed the issue. I updated the firmware. Mine was on version ZERO. Then rebooted the box put in my UN and PW and it stalled at 20%, so I rebooted and entered my UN and PW again and it worked.
