Decided to return my TVonline 4

I looked on their site for return instructions and couldnt find any - does anyone here know if I can just send it back to their address or do I need to get some sort of RMA? I emailed their support and sales emails and have received no reply back.

What happens if they dont respond before my return period is over?

They should honor the return from first point of contact be sure to save that email as proof.
