Still getting issues. I have 2 internet providers both fibre links and I got 2 android boxes hooked up on separate TVs each of the with different ISPs and buffering constantly.

30 people in different locations in my country are experiencing the same problem with different ISP providers. I need answers and solutions very quick.

I;m disappointed as it seems like it's a Sunday and for some reason the service can't uphold all these customers using your service. It's unacceptable and in important situations especially now you guys need to be more proactive than this.

I know brother. I switched from portal 1 to 4 and it seems to be working much better so I'm assuming portal 1 is having congestion issues however I can't tell all these people now to switched to this as it's done already final quarter.

got two other services (paid services) from USA and UK. Works 24/24 and it's 720 and 1080. (with torrents downloading at the same time...)
The poor 480 (looks like 240) on 98 % NFPS channels buffers sometimes each day for me too.
But it works sometime perfect. But not as much as before.

no really crazed, it was working little bit better before. The strange thing is for example some french channels (i'm french....) works perfect all the time... with top quality picture.
sky is nearly always working perfect too.

I noticed a lot of buffering today as well on portal 4...the epg is up and buffering is back...jeeesz....its one or the other or both not working...when the fu@# are they finally gonna sort this garbage out

Welcome. However we need to get a resolution to this , so to the mods, please let the providers know. I have emailed them already but no response thus far as I'm paying for a service that at this time is waste of money.

The providers do read these posts here so they are aware of the issue and are working on it. If its a waste of money then go elsewhere. Thread closed.
