Issues with my MAG 254

My box was running pretty good and suddenly stopped and says on the screen : Please Contact Your Provider To Register This Device. I tried to reset it then Keep saying the same thing. I need some Help please.

did you unplug mag 254 before you did iptv reset

i did , then started loading ,the blue bar started turning yellow and it stuck maybe at 15 to 20% .

are you using the http in the server address ?
with the Mag receivers you should be using the full URL

what's the full URL please , i just wanna make sure i do the right thing.

it should show which one you need thru that server website or the email received from papiao
