Service problems

I am having some issues again with this service. This problem today started off with openURL error. So like last time I acquired a new IP address from my Internet provider. This still did not seem to solve the issue. So after that I did a reset IPTV on the papiao site. That did not seem to work. So then I did a MAC addresss change and then reset the IPTV on the papiao site. That did work. Now after about an hour of up time. I am getting the openURL error again. it does seem that the Papiao site is down at the moment. does the server authenticate with the papiao site? This all needs to get sorted out and is really turning into a pain messing with these settings all of the time. Please advise me on how to get this service back up and running again. Thanks

I am in the same predicament as I've spent my whole day trying to fix 6 codes which keep getting blocked after i turn them off and on. Its getting real frustrating n foolish.

All of this does not make any sense. I have two active donations. One works fine at one location. The other is this one. I have changed my router's public IP as well as changed the Mac and reset the IPTV. Where should I go now for support. I thought that this was a support forum for rocket. I have wasted alot of time trying to get this back up and running. But if there are issues on the back end everything that I am trying here will do no good. I think that I am being blocked from the server and not by my ISP. how can I find out if I am blocked at the server. Any help would be much appreciated. I just do not want to waste me time any more

server administration knows there is a problem.
They been working with it last couple days.

Any update as yet if there is really a Server problem that is causing legit donations to be blocked. Very eager to find out as i have 6 donations which are all currently blocked. I have done almost everything and my days are dwindling.

I still have issues. One of my donations still does not work. These are on the same ISP. different locations and IP address though. I just changed my MAC again to see if it will get through to the server.. URL time out

Ok so I have now today changed my MAC back to the one that I had that worked last week. reset my IPTV. Got a new IP from my ISP. Now I am getting "Access Denied" So to me this is the server blocking me. I would like to get this resolved and not waste any more time.

ping the server in run see if you get reply 11.iptvrocket.tv

access denied can be any number of things, Bad Mac, Sub set to inactive you will need to look on the papiao site, if you are using kodi it could be missing the device id or serial. I would check with the sub first make sure it hasn't been ticked as inactive.

I can ping the server just fine. I at first had this donation working. it nothing has changed in about two or three months. About a month ago I had to reset / obtain a new IP from My ISP I was getting a OPEN URL timeout. Then last week this donations started giving me that same URL time out. I have done a mac change, IPTV reset and also changed my IP from my ISP. My device ID and serial were working fine along with my MAC and donation untill thrusday or friday. I then have changed a bunch of things and am now at a complete loss. This is not a bad MAC the Papiao site says that my donation is ACTIVE. My working donation is about to expire and not sure if I want to renew because of these dumb issues I am having with the second donation. Like I said this was working for two - three months with out issues. Now I have issues for last couple of days.

Ive tried resetting everything, back checked my Mac addresses but yet I'm still blocked I've tried from two different ISPs n both keep showing the same thing. I have other boxes but they work fine but these boxes r mind boggling. Will do a hard reset n try again. All of this also started at thursday 16th 2016

I am using Kodi - I have the send serial checked and I have both Device ID as 13 Digits as well as the Serial as 13 Digits. What am I missing

Ok i did a reset and it does work with the Stalker Plus. The Issue now is that the m3u server in the addon does not want to start or is flaky. I am using 10.2.4
