im trying to see if all get the same problem on same channels or is it all around will kind of pin point it
so post what channel only or say all of them and this is for tvonline only please on avov 4k box or say i dont have problem

All the channels I mostly watch,A&E, Discovery, History, FS1, FS2.

Asft, here's a curious update, I just realized that my AVOV TV online 4 that's working hard wired does not have this problem while the AVOV TV Online 4 that's working on wifi does indeed have this sound not in sync problem.

shambala you maybe right on this i dont have that problem on Ethernet lets see if others do could be only wireless that has problem
Asft, here's a curious update, I just realized that my AVOV TV online 4 that's working hard wired does not have this problem while the AVOV TV Online 4 that's working on wifi does indeed have this sound not in sync problem.
My Avov4 is hard wired and has sync problem.

My TVO4 has sync problems all hd channels, everything is fine on my tv online plus.

Ditto...mine is hardwired too
on wireless channels has mention out sync problems

on wifi sound sync problem but hard wired its fine. however after updating to 107 picture is freezing every 10 min on wifi but on hard wire works for 30/45 minutes
and than freezes on all channels

Mine won't even check for updates.go to system update and try it and nothing happens at all before at least it would say no update available now what.

How do I get this update? I'm still at 1.0.7 and when I click on system updates nothing happens.
Mine too has the latest updates and is still out of sync. No improvement from before on mine. My online plus box is working faultless, no sync problems what so ever.
Have not heard from Avov in almost a week regarding this sync issue with my box.
1.91 did not fix my audio sync issues

When I go to settings system information I see build 1.07.then when I go back out and hit play in the top right corner it shows ver=1.91 but still nothing happens when I check for system updates before I would at least get a message saying no updates available. Now nothing.
I see a pattern forming regarding these particular boxes listed.

for sync problem give them time a fix will be coming they know of problem eveyone i talked too has just a little or a lot that out of sync me only a few but this will get fixed

this is what they said few hrs ago
we are aware of it
they are determining where the issue is
they narrowed it down
to a media player issue
and they are updating the media player
so hold on please a fix is coming

If you go to the audio settings in the player and go to the audio offset you can sync the sound to the video and save for all. I did this and all channels are in sync with video and audio

Same, mine is hard wired and mavtv, discovery and turbo, trutv, food net, history they are all out of sync.
sent in a claim with Avov didn't get no response back only got email that they got the ticket.
Sure would like this problem rectified.

Same here on Wifi and Have sync issue, it is like 5 seconds out of sync. Really Bad. This needs to be fixed or at least adressed and let us know whats going on please :)

i have 1.0.7 (just upgraded) and dialled back to 720p. Some channels are in sync, some badly out of sync. I will try to assemble a list of those that are out of sync if no update that fixes things appears in the next few days.
CBC News Network is horribly out of sync most of the time. Occasionally I can get it back in sync if I change to another channel and then back again

After the 193 update I lost audio on most of the channels.

I noticed if I go to audio settings and change to HDMI passthrough, my audio is synced for a short period of time and then drifts out of sync....then when I go back to audio settings
I see that the setting I changed has reverted back to the old setting....

Hello, my avov 4 has the same issue right own on all channels. I find myself having to change channels every 5 min or so to get this to sync up. Real annoying,,,,,actually tv is barely watchable right now this is how bad it is. Has anyone found a fix. I've tried a few things found on this site but nothing works....

Same thing here since i purchased mine Gusmor. Update after update and some channels go out of sync. I use ******. Funny thing is ****** work properly on my AVOV2. Not sure what else to try so, i only use it for Kodi.

Not much to do wrong. Put in server connect click tv and watch. Lol for some reason audio gets behind video by few seconds in less the 5 min.

Still have the same issues with mine....just not sure if its the box or the service I am subbed to.
I have been thinking on switching providers to see if that helps so I can determine if its hardware related or provider related.
