The screan is stuck on change resolution it says but the remote seems like it don't work but it does so how do I fix it

Here are a few things to try
- Reset the unit by unplugging it and restarting it, see if it helps
- Pressing the setup button when the Mag254 is loading might get you into the setup, from there you can change the resolution to something lower
- Try another out put (not HDMI) and see if that helps
- You could also connect it to another newer TV if you have access to one and then switch the resolution down

yea try what he said and you can use av too if all that dont wont need to set your hz is wrong i bet

Thanks I million guy's I tried my mag254 on my son's tv and it worked got to change my resolution so hope it will work when I change back to my tv because my little man will won't his tv back for his xboxone my tv is I old Phillips his is I newer Panasonic
