Is the MAG 256 supported?

Hi, I have been told by IK66 support staff that you can use these subs on MAG 256, however when I enter my username and password after rebooting the box i get a STB not supported error.

Is it possible to resolve this, or do I have to downgrade to a MAG 254?

nope currently they are on 4.9.22

And I dont think it'll change for a while.

Go to the official portal of Infomir and activate your free portal. If you do not speak Russian activate English as the preferred language. So those channels that are available in audio or subtitles in English will start in English.
