Downloading the TV Guide

Hey guys! I recently bought a MAG254 along with an IPTV subscription. When I first installed it I was able to see the TV guides of all the channels but they disappeared a few days ago and there's seemingly nothing I can do. Does anyone know how this can be fixed?

well i am not sure what iptv severs u bought but it is not this one this servers is not charging yet and the epg has not worked from day one still working on it hoped this helped

I don't expect the epg to start working until right before the go paying active if even..
