Air mouse and TV online 4?

I ordered a air mouse with my TV online 4 .when I go on the 123 symbol on the bottom left and hit ok to get more options nothing happens ,it works with my vixo 2 as there is no colon : symbol on the keyboard of the air mouse.

Not sure what a dangle is but I just got the air a mouse remote and nothing else.

look for a little device that will go onto the usb port should be on the keyboard to pull off if not then it is setting on the box which i dont think so but i could be wrong i used a dongle

Yep came with that but like I srated early I don't get more symbols when I hit the 123 symbol.

Sorry when I went into server settings to put in the server for my TV on line 4.I was going to use my air mouse but I couldn't find any colon : symbol on the keyboard. On the TV key board there is a ?123 symbol on the bottom left corner of the key board which should give you more symbols when hit.but it doesn't work with the TV online 4.I tried it on my vixo 2 and it works .just wondering if there is an issue with TV online 4.

I have the same remote but not from AVOV, try using the "Function" key, it works like the "Shift" key on a keyboard

It should mark "ALT" and not "Function"

The alt key gives you the symbols in blue but I don't see a colon symbol.

Try alt and the full stop, I see the colon above my full stop in blue
