When using the apps such as 1channel.....The subtitle is stuck on english and when I try to change it to NONE it kicks me out of the movie and goes back to the link list but the subtitle stays on English mode........anyone figure this problem out ???

Checked Rear Window same issue as you, saw the Sub title on Mama Mia thought it was hard CC so did not try to remove, will look on DL Android tonight if time permits.

on some sources the subs are encoded in the movie so even if you choose no CC or subtitles they are just there, nothing you can do but try another source..

I had tried Rear Window before update and it had the CC but would not go to None, after update was no CC available on it the hard encoding will stay with movie.
