Papiao.tv "not match with the information provided"

Hi there I am new in here, I have been using papiao.is before, my tv was working fine, until days ago.
i tried to log in today and is asking me for Authentication. But unfortunately got an error (never happened before, I purchased two orders) so I decided to go into papiao.is and do a reset. As I did many times before (I purchased these orders in February2016, and never had this problem before with either donation number)
At the moment unfortunately the papiao.is site is telling me that "there is not match with the information provided" as I mentioned prior I have two orders. One is matching, but the other with the error is not.

Please kindly advise what should I do or who should I contact, I hope I am in the right place, I am New in Here.

I was able to track down why the code stopped.
Just waiting for Gusto reply now.
I will be offline till tomorrow evening again thou.
