I'm new to IPTV. I made a mistake by purchasing from a reseller. Now I can't sign into papiao. I've tried contacted the reseller (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) and his email is on auto reply:

Do to legal and copyright issues. We are no longer able to provide direct support for NFPS donations for IPTV all support must be handled via their forums.

For service status= IPTV Service Status (http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?3411-IPTV-Service-Status)

For mag users =http://iptvtalk.net/forumdisplay.php?77-Infomir-Mag-IPTV-Set-Top-Boxes

For Kodi users= Kodi Discussion (http://iptvtalk.net/forumdisplay.php?71-Kodi-Discussion)

You will get the up to date changes and that is where we got answers for anyone anyway. Please post any IPTV Issues therep

Is there any way I can get into the site so I can reset my box?

File for a refund with whatever payment gateway you used.....You will get your money back
Also check the email that they used to send the codes to you
That might work in the client area so you can edit your code

Paypal will have to reimburse you for whatever service or product you didn't receive and they are in the business of providing their services as insurance against sellers who have nothing to sell or sell something with no intentions of providing anything for the money they get. This is why you have to be a Paypal member and to get a membership, Paypal wants everything aside from you blood type. If this guy isn't on a hook, he soon will be. As for others with no Paypal, all credit cards provide a service to buyers which is referred to as "charge back" which I am presently contemplating with a recent purchase I made from a retailer in Ontario. Got the product but the product wasn't what I expected, not what I needed and the seller provides a 30 day return policy which isn't being honored via their ticket system.
