Mag 254 YouTube videos not playing

I received my mag 254 today. Got most things all up and running.
Seem to be having a problem with you tube..
On both portals it won't play any videos..
The YouTube app opens up and loads content but error message when you press ok to play..
Any help would be much appreciated..

Im not sure. Where would I find it and how would I update my box?

Go to the inner portal and into settings. Its somewhere in there for update......

I did the software update and rebooted. Still shows video not available on all videos in YouTube.. But still loads YouTube and all content but won't play..
Update seemed to work fine..
In device info it says image version 218..
Image description 0.2.18-r14-254..
