error 111 connection refused

Hi.. i was trying to set up iptv stalker and getting no luck.. everytime i click on NFPS i get error 111 connection refused.. not that good with these kind of things so hard to figure out to me.. thanks

need way more info on what and which version what did you do explain more please what you done

I installed the addon iptv stalker.. enabled live tv in my settings in kodi.. when i open iptv hen click on NFPS i get the error 111 connection refused.. i guess theres something in the addon settings for iptv that i dont have setup right

I have tried a few different things i have seen on videos and still getting the same error code everytime.. connection refused error 111

are you using a proxy or vpn service ?
if so, try a different one.

Vpn.. i don't know what to do not too good with this stuff.. i have watched tutorials and still cant get it going
