lost video player on mag254 how do I get it back
I have done reset then default still no player

video locked up i did reboot it came back on and go to loading then loading protocol then stops don't go to loading bar did reset no go

reset in menu boot menu rc reset & save

you went to BIOS menu(blue screen) scrolled down to def. setttings, hit right arrow, then exit and did your box completely reboot on its own???

I have done that still no go also lost logo

then you go back to BIOS ensure your booting to NAND and exit, go to inner portal and update your box then do all your settings, re-enter all the info

done that 4 times will not go past loading like it lost video player

I suggest you def. settings again and exactly follow the guide from BIO in the stickys also the post right after for updating. Sounds like something isn't being saved properly or wrong settings to me

if you can access menu now go to network and click Ethernet if wired should show UP on top of the new menu, if not, you aren't connected

are you using HDMI cable?? if so go to BIOS menu and make sure your in NTSC mode..
