The CREDENTIALS are the DONATION NUMBERS, which consist of 13 numbers, use the same numbers in both boxes.
The other number consisting of 16 numbers is the ORDER number.

Its 12 numbers and I did all that already I even checked the donation everything is good there

Hmmm..I believed that Avov donation was 13 numbers if your MAC address is 00:1A:79, not 78 which has 12 numbers.
Do you have the 79 or 78 in that MAC?

yes you are correct should 13 numbers for avov donation

Rocket and NFPS have a 12 digit donation number (username and password)
IPTV66 has a 13 digit donation number (username and password)

all MAC addys are 12 digits

go to server website and use the Reset IPTV function.
Ensure your device is turned off or disconnected from internet when performing the reset.

AVov and Mag and dreamlink T1 have a MAC prefix of 00:1A:79
Other devices using the Stalker application will need to have a MAC prefix of 00:1A:78
