All Basic and Premium Channel have a Blank Screen

I am having this peculiar problem. The IPTV unit (MAG 254) boots up fine, but every channel in the TV list is a blank screen, and when I try to view movies from the Video Club it says “File Missing”. I did try different portal and iptv reset, but still not working. I get all the music channels (251-273). But most basic and premium movie channels not working.

The service is up. Check your setup on the box, or do a factory reset and reconfigure.

I know the service is up. The box was working up until around 10 pm last night, froze up, and then went blank.

I received this message today, after writing to Papiao about the problem. The unit worked up to last night (MAG254) R10. I am at a total loss!!!!

I did a Factory Reset of the unit, and I am getting the same problem.

as i said it has it's bad days so i just leave for a while and then it fixes it self

yea most of the time do touch that dial if working good then just stops but a ip reset helps too
