I just renewed my service and got my email saying that my route is ready. But when I go to load the channels up it says bad or missing serial number. I have not changed anything in the configuration of IPTV Stalker plus. Can anyone tell me what has to be done to fix this issue. Thanking you all for your help.
You need to have a serial number and device id as part of the configuration. The renewal may have reset your saved settings at the server, so configure the add-on per the instructions in the release thread, and do an IPTV Reset before attempting the connection.

I am still getting the same message about bad or missing file after I have done the IPTV reset. I have gone through the config for the IPTV Stalker PLUS which I have been using all along and I still can't get the channels to load to watch the IPTV66. Anything else I should be doing. As I stated before it was working great before I renewed.
"bad or missing file" is different than "bad or missing serial number".
Which version of IPTV Stalker Plus are you using?
