Not the same thing, and your paying for a service here, it dosent say anything about donation on rocket site.

getting worse not better

refunds are given, but only in special cases, like bought an extra by mistake or such things.
Lagging or channels wanted is not special cases.

Rocket service works fine here and without the lagging or buffering some of you folks seem to experience.
So that reason for a refund is absolutely out of the question.
As far as missing or lost channels, well sorry about that. But that is how IPTV service works.
We even have a sTicky thread updated daily to show that. It should not be a surprise
