New donation wont work

Hi guys I just ordered a new donation got it put it in and it keep saying input credentials for server 2. any help would be greatly appreciated

did you link mac address from your avov tv online to donation at the site

yeah I did that but what I notice the mac don't show up in that box its just all 00:00:00:00:00 that's whats there

Had a donation before lost the e-mail so I lost the donation # got locked out so got a new one now its a problem

avov tvonline mac is in server setting top right oh and you need to change the mac to what you want

I link mac with donation it says mac already exist ,I don't know if the donation I had before is causing a conflict

I did a iptv reset on the donation box will see if that did anything,i am just trying to help out this old guy its his box
