Problem Updateing Fuse Software

Im still on 1.0.8 and I can't update The android little guy pops up starts to update gets a quarter of the way and stops and reboots I have done factory reset I have removed the tuner factory reset again still not able to update any help in this matter would be appreciated

Check to see how much space you have in your box, maybe unistall an app and see if that works!! When I had that issue I had my memory almost full so it would not load the update.

Tks Laser but I have factory reset that got rid of anything apps I had on and still not updating .. I have double check the space as well lot of room ..

I believe there is a hard reset on the back of the box in between the USB ports there is a restore button pres that for 10 seconds while powered on see if you can get a hard reset to get it work...

If not the sounds like it is RMA time.

RMA is Return Merchandise Authorization from the manufacturer..

Try the hard reboot like you suggested wickedjoker and nothing .. Is there an update I can get to put on and you a usb and instal it manually

Honestly it sounds like there is an issue with the box I would contact AVOV and get a replacement.

other thing it could be is there server is down to update but if you get half way and then it stop i would say talk to them like wickedjoker

Two updates came out back to back, 2nd was for the Tuners (I think mainly satellite). Mine was stuck too, i exited it, hard reset, and then it booted, updated and now is ok.
