Is there a way to reset the Mag 254. I loaded all of the Info on the Box. But when I turn it on, All i get is the IM logo in red along with the Informir logo with the word Loading in the bottom left corner. It stgays that way for about 2 minutes then the screen goes blank and does not change.. The funny thing is when i have it hooked up to other Smart Tv's, It works fine, But when i have it hooked up to a Panasonic Big Screen, It does not work. I have it hooked up via HDMI, which wokrs with other devices hooked up to the same HDMI Cable. Please Help. Bmor10
If it works on any tv, then why would you want to reset it? Change the settings either in bios or in the inner portal. Inner portal can be reached by pressing setup when it's booting up while you have it hooked to the tv it works on. Bios needs you to press the menu button and can probably be done on either.
There is a thread about how to reset, but I wouldn't think it'll help you much.

If it is working on other sets, but not the one, then it is obvious that the problem lies with the Panasonic settings and not the mag. If it was the mag then it would not work on anything. No sense resetting the mag as it obviously is not the problem. In the past with other devices I have used and had something similar, I would up changing the sets resolution to "auto" and that always did it for me.

Try changing the input on the Panasonic you are using. I had a similar problem with an FTA receiver. When using the TV romote it would also have an effect on the FTA. On some TV's one or sometimes more have a type of handshake that can interfere with the attached device. My Mag is connected to this port or input on my TV and when I want to check on something on another device connected, it will turn my Mag off.
