i am using Mag254 and i am unable to lock adult channels
is there a way to delete them for good, i have kids around and can not afford
to have those channels open, it is a no, no.

i am on portal 22 unable to lock adult channels

my other 3 subs are in portal 11 an they can be locked

There is no way to delete channels in MAG254, all you can do is create a favorites list and exclude the adult channels, then select to display 'only favorites'. The adults do have a code requirement to view them so pick a code that is hard to guess just in case the kids go back to 'List by numbers' and try to get into the adult channels

Jeison, I am not exactly sure how to interpret you reply, I am not a mod but a user just like you trying to help, maybe I do not know but fail to see what Portal 11 has to do with locking the adults, are your other 3 devices MAG 254 aswell? and are they using Rocket/ NFSPS?l

maybe update your mag only thing that can be been done is to put a password lock on it thats it nothing more

Thank you Guys, i do not mean any disrespect , is just that kids are around and i am unable to
use the box because, all my other 3 boxes are mag 254, and them all are on Rocket,

i have emailed rocket to see if they can switch this box to portal 11, but not avail
will wait and see if they finally answer

why is portal 22 not allowing the same password protection that portal 11 is ?
I do not understand what is the difference :eek:
