hi all I have a new tvonline 4 when I try to update my mac address it says Mac Address Already Exists need help please

How did you enter your mac address, seems that if you use lower case, you are apt to get the mac in use, try upper case letters. That worked for me!

I checked my email and nothing else has been sent since their last, after they received the MAC pictured.
But they may not send anything to me or to you. They may just fix it.
You might just have to try setting that MAC and see if has been fixed.

If problem persists still by tomorrow, then we may have to send another email :eek:

I'm having same issue. I received two new donation donation and after linking Mac one keeps showing "Mac already exists".
I've read this thread but haven't seen if this issue has been resolved.
