Buffering is real. Not in all situations does it come from end user. For instance I'm currently watching channel 8830 no freezing. Move up to 310 freezing. Not all cjhannels buffer and if they do buffer they do so at differing degree. Some are totally unwatchable while other buffer in 15 to 30 min intervals and then only last for a few minutes before rurning to normal. Then some have no buffering.
Sorry I'm not going to spend my time surfing through all the channels to report on which ones work . This has been going on for weeks now as a few others have reported. I believe there are more people experiencing this phenomenon than are reporting on this forum due to several reasons that I will not go into here.. I had hoped we were getting past this continious issue of buffering .
I'm running a Mag254 hard wired using VPN through a Asus RT-AC3200 Tomato FlashRouter. My service is 100mpbs which normally test out between 85-100 mpbs.
This service has run great at times but that is the exception not the rule. So for those experiencing buffering (freezing) yes it is real and it may or may not be on your end.
Can it be reduced or corrected? Only time will tell.
