Unable to load channels

Using iptv66 tried both stalker plus addon and nfps pvr client

Stalker add-on gives url failed error pvr attempts to load then stops

are we down

ive seen others say a vpn should fix the url timeout ive used a few and haven't had any luck any help is greatly appreciated

Resolved my issue

I had my ISP re-assign a new ip address and problems are now resolved.

Question can your IP be banned for using iptv stalker on two devices NOT at the same time ?
