got my online plus in november.signed up to rocket the same time.paid $105.00 for rocket...freezing lots since I signed up....today it is freezing every 20 seconds.My online plus is connected directly to modem.I am not using wifi.If this keeps up I wont be renewing.very disappointed.

Seems if others are running freeze free and a few are experiencing freezing then something is wrong at user end or ISP or other such things.

I don't get it either it seemed to work pretty good until they started with the new url.I don't complain much you can check my posts.the freezing lately is getting frustrating. You can come out with 10 new boxes but if the freezing doesn't stop what's the point. My 2 cents.

dont think it is my internet.just did a speed test and was at 4.67 mbps.....also my netflix works flawless with my internet all the time.

Your experiences may very well be server related.
They are not seen here thou.

speed test dont mean a thing when you lose packets some say try a vpn they are free to try so maybe use one and see something is up that we all know lets get bottom of it try dns too 8.8.8.8

thanks for the replies guys.might try vpn.got nothing to lose.If I am loosing packets,....mabey it is due to network/server congestion.

Was experiencing freezing earlier in the day....Just an update:It is 10:45 CST and the freezing has stopped......I wish it worked like this all the time...server too busy?

Usually if that happens to me I reset my router gateway and goes away, lately of got the last couple of months rocket has improved for the better as far as freezing free, my Isp has 24mbps, may be you need to upload in speed.

I was told earlier in this thread that my freezing was caused by my internet losing packets to the server..well still have freezing but not on all channels...channel 200 freezing but channel 118 is working fine.so I dont think the problem is on my end...if this keeps up I wont be renewing my rocket...

look cnn us np here at all now will check 118 thats fine too so dont know what to tell you this is running on fuse with rocket no freezing and i would tell you if i had problem always did and always will but i wont say it not happening to you im not there to see

here are the facts that I am aware of based on all the testing I have done on very good androids with 2 meg ram on 905 and 812 lollipops
tried at 25 mbs and 100 mbs at another home
at peek times forget about it,unwatchable period and yes some channels work better than others
BUT
this is definitely on rockets server end no if ands about it

I have become very discouraged with NFPS. I bought a 12 month donation in June of 2015, which ceased to function in April 2016. I didn't have my original order number so let it pass and bought a new one on April 7 2016. This one I retained my email with the order number on it. This one stopped working a few days ago. When I inquired about it I was told that it had been charged back and the money refunded. I did not request a charge back and when
I checked my payment method no charge back had been requested and no refund received. In short, I've lost the equivalent of 1 years service that I payed out for. Can anyone tell me if they've had the same problem and are any of the other services more reliable?? Than you.

I dont know about now but yesterday at my buddys house cnn and fox was freezing alot using avov fuse.

I dont like rocket it frezzing all the time. I when with a better server.more $ but it,s all good no frezzing..
