Won't connect using Ethernet

When I first started using a Avov TV online box about a year or so ago it just wouldn't work using WIFI, it keeped buffering & freezing, I switched to an Ethernet wire & it solved my problem until last Saturday. I was actually watching a movie using KODI when everything froze, the Avov box lost Internet connectivity. I did reboots on everything but it wouldn't connect, Next I connected it to my WIFI with no problem and to my surprise it works just fine, way better than when I first got involved but it won't connect using the Ethernet wire, only WIFI. I would love to go back to using a wire because it's all there already, if anyone has any thoughts I'm all ears.

Had that same problem once and had to factory default the box to fix the Ethernet problem,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

but when you do that the package must install you will see box pop up and that will tell you your fine
