mag254 restarting/shutting down

Hello to everyone. Has anyone experience the mag254 restarting itself when watching PPV moveies or shutting off it self?

I have found out the power plug that goes into the back of the box was not securely plugged in might be u promlem

Thanks Dale-63 but that was not it. I have rechecked it power plug and connector, rebooted system and still does it only on PPV. TV ok.
