Can I install apps on my dreamlink t1?

i just got my dreamlink t1 and I do not see google play or the playstore to install apps.
I went on google Chrome to install an app and it is not working.
Could somebody please guide me how to install apps?

At this time you can only install the apps at the Dreamlink store!!

In the sticky there is an apps to date thread. How does one install the apk for FilmonTV for example?
