T1 goes to sleep ?

My T1 kind of goes unresponsive to the extent that remote does not wake it up and I have to unplug it to restart ?!!
Is this normal?

When you unplug it and plug it back in, that's referred to as a "hard reboot" which forces the box to dump everything and reboot. It helps whenever a box gets locked up or frozen or not responding with your remote. This happens if and when there's a bug in the system or the box locks up or doesn't get directed on what to do next. Windows is famous for it with its blue screens.

Did the bug come with T1 I mean Do ALL T1s have this bug and their T1 keeps freezing and go unresponsive or is it just mine ?

Its highly unlikely your box came with the bug, its more likely that you've gotten into the settings and set something or configured something that might be causing this issue. Not saying you have, just saying it will be fine if you go back into your settings and look for "reset to factory defaults" . After it resets, reboots and comes on, you can reconfigure your wifi or ethernet settings so you're connected to the internet and then download, install or click on whatever apps you want to install and they should reinstall. I don't have a T1, I'm flying blind on this box but most android boxes are similar in their setup and settings.

I factory reset T1, but still after some time of watching TV all the sudden the picture freezes and the only thing to do is to unplug T1 :(((

But when I am on Kodi it does not freeze though ?!!! if its T1 then it should freeze regardless, right?
If it's server's fault freezing T1, then why does the whole system goes unresponsive?!

Is not the servers fault but it happens to me very seldom but it does happen. So it's no big issue I will wait for the update.

It's not the providers fault, I don't know why it happens. But the response you receive states that there will be a future update to fix any issues, so i'm not worried!!!

The response came from the guy who sold me the unit, so I don't think I should really believe him !!?

could be a conflict with the server,if its working fine with two servers then i dont think there is an issue with the box
