pvr buffering m3u

I have noticed that a m3u list I have loaded into Kodi pvr simple client works perfectly fine on the original tvonline box but buffers every second on the tvonline+ same channel.

Has anyone noticed this and if so is there any fix for this?

Or can anyone name a kodi addon that I can use as a substitute that loads m3u lists.
