Hi All, I need some help in getting my service back on. I have some 165 days remaining but account is labled "Inactive".
When I reboot the device, enter the correct password, I keep getting an error message.
How can I get this resolved? Any help is welcomed.

You account is labeled inactive from where? The papaio site or your mag is telling you that?

Mine is doing the same thing(Inactive with 279 days left).Coming from donation checker.Have emailed papaio twice with no response.My days keep decreasing.Do I get lost days back if and when it gets fixed.

Look for my post, my friend had same issue. Was fixed in 4 days after providing all the reqired info to papiao in the email

This is from the donation checker site like "spanky" said.
Once your status is "Inactive" access to "Reset IPTV", on this page is denied.
The option is not even displayed on the page.

Yep, just email papiao and send them your info has happened to me twice already just be patient cause it will take a day or two for reply.
