Donation Check not working

Hello im trying to check my donations, but i get error using email or order id + donation number, its the same.

Any ideas?

I using email not work so I try to using order Id is working last night.

Yeah I had an issue using email also. Order number worked for me I think they have some issues that need fixing.

With the correct email address the checker will work. The order number also works. Just did come checking with both. The email MUST be the one used for the donation. Mann the order number and the order number are not the same.

Rockycat I did use the correct email I sent the example to Dara there is definitely something wrong with the checker regarding emails.

i just checked mine using email i signed up with and donation number and it worked perfectly

Its working now, i renew my donations, lightning fast i got the confirmation email, with that order id worked perfect.

Hi folks I seem to be having the same problem with the Rocket checker ... I went to rocket checker and put my email and 12 digit password that I got with my donation ... Worked said my donation is good for iptv Then I went to link the mac and when I use my email and the same 12 digit password and prove im not a comp..... It brings me back to the same page wanting me to enter the information again ... Am I doing something wrong Or is there a problem with the checker Thanks !!!!!!

Having same issue with IPTV66, not exactly sure if I am entering the correct info to IPTV reset or even check my donation days remaining. Is it email on top, then order ID, or is it order ID on top then donation #. Thanks

Rockycat I did it last week with you and had no issue worked like a champ !!! But for some reason it wont work
When I go to check rocket donation I enter my email and my 12 digit username/password I got with my FTA donation it works claims I am eligible for iptv
But when go to link mac and use the same email and password it brings me back to the same page asking for the information again
