I was using STB Emulator good for a week and then all of the sudden my Emulator stopped working and it was telling me to contact my service provider. I bought my service from this site *** other providers/resellers not discussed here ***
my uncle uses them and has been using them for a long time, and it was a good deal. Anyway I was checking my email and saw and old one from the company stating that I did not provide a mac address, so I promptly provided my device mac after my service when down. well its been a week and a half there is no answer from support nor from sales. I am starting to wonder if I set anything up wrong. so this is what I did
1.) change the mac in settings to the one they gave me.
2.) add a couple characters to the serial number that was there.
3.)Put in the portal that they gave me.
4.) check the "send device ID"
5.) when prompted with authorization i put in my donation number.
Everything worked fine until it went down but i don't know maybe i missed a crucial step.
also another question is if I can use another emulator, or will that not work either.
