********** repo******* EPG updater fails to install

Hello, I'm Ragen, located in the US and new to the forum.

1) Fresh install of Kodi 16.1 Jarvis on AFTV Stick.
2) Install from zip (located on sdcard)*
3) ********** Addon enabled successfully
4) ******* addon installed / configured / opened successfully.
5) PVR IPTV Simple Client configured and enabled successfully.
6) Install from repository, **********, services, install ******* EPG updated - Failed.
*Same results when installed from **********/clairvoyance repo online.

The same exact steps are successful when using repo from *******.

Love the quality work the team does and wanted to bring this up as it may help others, if it is known and has a fix.
