Getting unknown code 1000

Wondering if this is something I can fix I'm getting a code a a few channels like all the tsn channels and cp24 when I try to watch them it just says unknown code 1000 it's been happening for a couple weeks now is there something I can do to fix it I signed up for a Vpn to see if that would work and it doesn't

Ok now it's saying it for every channel and when I try to log into the route checker to try and reset my iptv to see if that works it says please give use 24-48 hours to process your payment ..what payment are they talking about I still have 9 months on my subscription can someone please help me out here the I just wanna watch the raptors lol

Nevermind turned off my Vpn and now it works forgot I had it lol still can't log in though
