Constant freezing

Good day . Is anyone experiencing constant freezing ? I am experiencing freezing every 5 seconds . Is there a problem with servers or is it an internet issue .

Sometimes it gets clear if do a reboot in your router or main gateway, then reboot your device. If it does not work then it could be high prime usage or something going with the servers.
