donation inactive with remaining days

hello, my friend has a mag254 he has been using it for about 10 months and donation still has 65 days left. he did a factory reset and its telling him to put the user and password. he tried and it wouldnt work so he logged onto to papiao.is and noticed that the donation is inactive with 65 days left and he cannot do a edit. he checked the mac address and it says mac addrress is blocked. when he tries to link the mac to another donation it wont let him do it because mac is already linked to a another donation which is inactive status. please help

No u can't not if it is inactive it won't give u the option to change it I think this is something new I am going through right now to

cannot change anything with inactive. mac now shows allready in use. but the donation is still inactive.

Send an email to [email protected] with a pic of the Mac so they can clear it or send a pm to crazed to see if he can help

Donation is active again, but mac is still banned ....
Reason: "refund claim was made" which is not correct. It has been 4 days now ..

Hope you are not sharing the donation between two receivers. Keep the emails going to them and show the order # in question.

No , only 1 iks and 1 iptv receiver for each donation

I don't know why the mac is banned when the donation it self is back in active status.

Banned is lifted just now. Papiao banned the mac because they say refund claim was made for the linked donation.
