11 Rocket server most channels down? Kodi 16.1 Stalker Plus

I wanted to wait till the 22 server issues were situated.... But the last couple of days channels are up and down intermittently. Today all down except Sports 1 - 6. Running on Android Kodi 16.1 IPTV Stalker Plus 10.2.4 Epg updater.
Any suggestions or anyone else on rocket 11 experiencing this?

*FIXED* I was able to load channels and connect to server but was timing out on loading channels. Never underestimate the power of clearing cache. Cleared Kodi cache in app fixed issue for server 11.

I was experiencing some buffering and freezing issues but I went into my router and set a high quality of service for my IKS and IPTV boxes but cleaning out the junk is much like Windows which runs better when the trash is cleaned up and registry is scanned and errors corrected. Auslogistics provides a free registry cleaner that works very well and keep my PC running fast with no registry errors. If you go to Utube and type in buffer settings, it will provide the ways and means to go about setting up your extended settings to minimize buffering issues.
