stalker not working?

stalker was working fine for about half an hour, now i can't open a channel, just says url open error, connection failed, so i checked to see if i can change my mac, went onto the site and when i put in my route, i got the same message as when i first purchased stalker it said i needed to wait 24/48 hours or check that my card was charged.... seriously this is shoddy service... whats going on.

help, i have stalker client in Kodi 16 running on linux. I used the epg updater service to config the client. tried restarting tv, client, rebooting in various orders until i'm blue in the face. i have reset my mac and checked the settings over and over, letter by letter.

I have my kodi error log. where should I send it? can anyone help me?
