Help configuring emulator

I got a mac assigned and when I enter my route number as my username and password I get an authentication error. I just bough the service 3 hours ago but according to the site my route and mac are fine. What do I need to do?

Yes I tried on your emulator and the stb emulator I generally use. On yours I get a contact the provider screen to register the device and on stb emulator pro I get the authentication screen. I have 33 days on my one month anxious to try it out.

the contact provider screen means it is not setup correctly. Can you tell me what you have for the following...

Portal URL
MAC Just the first 6
serial
Send device id

There is no send device id in the android app you have posted only in my stb emulator pro

ok did you try the iptv reset? and then reload portal?

ahhh ok so you make it to that point....

you should be entering the route number for both user and password? That should be it
