Server down?

Just wondering if there is a problem with the server after fixing my authentication issue last night I knowticed that I couldn't load any channels tonight so I checked over everything again and everything is entered correctly but I again am getting authentication failed also I can't log onto the route checker says page can't be loaded

I am up on NFPS portal 4 and rocket portal 11.

Can you be more descriptive what portal are you using? The device type? What is the error you are getting?

Authentication failed

I figured out that my problem yesterday had to do with the epg loader and it automatically fills in your signature and device Id's so I changed all that and it worked last night today it wouldn't load any channels so I disabled the TV and cleared the cache 2 times and got authentication failed again so I looked over everything and it is all entered correctly and still got the same thing so I disabled the epg loader and set it to pull the channels from the server reset the cache again and am still getting authentication failed I tried to log into the route checker but the page will not load it almost seems like a dns problem

I believe the Donation Checker was down earlier. Try it again now. Once things are working, make sure to disable the automatic configuration featue in the epg updater.
