The guide is back all was well this morning. Now the guide is moving at turtle speed when channels are changed. A lot of the channels are down. The ones that are up are freezing again.

Guide works fine fast and able to switch between channels watching rambo and star trek lol

wickedjoker you are correct. At 2:26 pm Eastern standard time it is back up and working as it should once again. My question has always been the same. When can we expect consistant uninterrupted service? I expect outages every so often. An announcement is made by the (Admins) of a planned maintenance event and the service suffers after each one them.

Man I will repeat my hopes. I want this service to work. If you need to raise the price to deliver a quality product then do it! Obviously I am speaking for me. Thanks for your efforts but eventually there has to be a solution.
